Забавная история о том как я за довольно продолжительный срок посещения зала первый раз взяла с собой телефон на тренировку для того, что б сделать фото себя в форме) Всегда с огромным внутренним порицанием смотрела на людей вокруг, которые вместо того чтобы заниматься в месте, специально для этого отведенном, посвящали все время тренировки фотографированию себя, либо старались сделать это между подходами, хотя гораздо полезнее было бы в этот момент растянуть забитые мышцы) Особое недоумение вызывали дамы в раздевалке при полном параде‍♀️, которые вместо того, чтоб скорее переодеться после занятия (хотя вопрос, тренировались ли они вообще), побежать скушать вкусный и сочный стейк или навернуть творожка (у каждого свои предпочтения) крутятся перед зеркалом в трусах или полотенце, застывая при этом в немыслимых позах вытянув вперед губы и снимая себя на телефон.. Мне всегда было неловко находиться рядом, как будто это я пришла не по адресу, а не они) вместо раздевалки ошиблась дверью и попала на съёмки фильма с глубоким эротическим подтекстом).. Но вот я решила попробовать, результаты ведь хоть какие - то есть, а документально они не зафиксированы. Вдруг это моя пиковая форма, а через пару лет я обленюсь и от нее ничего не останется, как я вспомню об этом и с чем сравню себя? И что я покажу внукам в конце-концов))) Что же я могу сказать? Вся тренировка на смарку! Все полтора часа занятия прошли впустую, все это время я нервничала в поисках укромного места в котором никто на меня не смотрит, а мне казалось что смотрят на меня просто отовсюду, из-под каждого тренажера и из-за каждого угла, даже с учетом довольно-таки ранних утренних часов которые я выбрала специально для того чтобы прийти и сделать это грязное дело исподтишка. super Training Wir hatten gestern und heute ein super tolles Training Flora hat super mit gemacht ☝ Ein paar Sprünge und Stangen habe ich mit eingebaut, Stellen wo wir immer wieder gehalten haben und aus rückwärts richten wieder angetrabt sind. Kleine Pöttchen um stellen zu markieren wo man Achten und Handwechsel drehen kann. Sie macht es wirklich toll Am Anfang mache ich im Schritt mehrere Übungen und aus verschiedenen Positionen. Wenn ich mich in die eine begebe und es ans biegen geht, weiß sie sofort was verlangt wird .. unglaublich. Was beim ersten Mal noch etwas kompliziert erschien (mehr für mich als für sie ) läuft Jz schon super und fast von alleine. Sie bietet sich aber auch einfach so toll an ! Das ist so unfassbar Ich muss halt immer auf mich achten, dass ich sie auch richtig stelle und ich richtig laufe.. gar nicht so einfach wenn man dabei rückwärts gehen muss Aber das beste ist, dass ich dank dieser Übung nur noch beim traben mit der Gerte in Richtung wo mein Bein auch liegen würde beim reiten zeigen muss .. und sie hebt sofort etwas mehr den Rücken und biegt sich . Ganz ehrlich ? Sie ist einfach ein so unfassbar tolles sensibles motiviertes Pferd. Ich bin so glücklich Zwischen uns ist so eine tolle Verbindung.. egal was war und wie abgedreht oder ob wir auch grad mal Ärger oder Komplikationen hatten und sie in Rage war an der Longe .. sobald ich sie egal aus welcher Situation zu mir hin bekomme ist sie direkt am schmusen, hat ihren Kopf unten und ist einfach nur bei mir. Lorena owns a farm with her companion Gustavo. They are together for more than twenty years but they are not married. They have two girls together, and a granddaughter of eight. She lives in the limits of Corcovado’s National Park, one of the only parcs of the Central America with still primary rainforest, and also one of the most wild places in Costa Rica. They rent some rooms at a wild lake of their property, La Lagune, 13 kms from the nearest civilised place, Las Palmas, Puerto Jimenez. To make this 13 kms it takes more than 40 minutes going through some hard to pass paths ( they are almost impracticable during the rainy season). Living in the farm is hard but Lorena is an incredible woman who loves nature and what she does. There are no community water nor electricity or GPS coordinates for their location ... She’s also the woman that has taught me the most about environmental sustainability. She deeply respects the rainforest, the seasons, the animals and she works hard to plant, harvest and to maintain her family. She is curious, she knows a lot about climate change and all the government aids to improve their carbon impact. She has learned gastronomic “local” and ecological cooking and she really is an excellent chef! We really enjoyed her dishes. She’s proud of her and her family. She is opened to visitors and she has a lot of beautiful plans for the future. I really liked to meet this empowered woman. Ella es Dalila y tiene 12 años. Estudia secundaria para poder cumplir su sueño algún día,que es de ser guía de turismo en Costa Rica. Se levanta todos los días a las cinco de la mañana cuando tiene escuela y tarda una hora y media a bajar desde su granja en medio de la jungla hasta el pueblo donde se encuentra la escuela, Las Palmas. Le gusta todo lo que tiene que ver con la naturaleza, es una conocedora de aves ( y eso en Costa Rica es muchísimo saber !, hay miles de especies diferentes), de plantas y defiende con toda su pasión a los animales. Consiguió con 10 años que uno de sus profesores corrigiese su comportamiento de maltrato hacia los animales, su madre me lo contaba emocionada y orgullosa de la fuerza de su hija. Es determinada, inteligente y audaz , y habla español con una cadencia y una dulzura encantadoras. Es una niña fuerte que vive en medio de la jungla y ayuda a sus padres a llevar su granja.
