1) use the antagonist muscles to lengthen more (hamstrings + outer glutes on the back legs & quads + hip flexors on the front leg)

2) it’s a tiny backbend too = navel in to protect the low back♀️

3) point foot+toes, OR flex foot+ toes, OR point ankle+flex and spread toes helps engaging the whole leg hamstring injury precention
.
I, myself, have overstretched the hamstrings on one side once It was not pleasant♀️ And I still feel it after years So try to avoid it
