HERE’S FOUR, THERE ARE MORE. Just four ways to develop Baddha Konasana with the assistance of the wall and bricks. The placement of the sitting bones is also important for correct alignment. Sit quietly and turn your conscious attention to the weight under the right and left sitting bones. Are they even? Notice if you hit hard into the front inner sitting bones it actually increases tension in the groins. Explore the distribution of weight and where it releases the pelvis.
