Here is all the information on my salad at work today! I think this might be a neat way to show yall how much of items I eat. I try to stay with in the serving weights because it's easier to track in MFP. About 900 calories for the rest of the day is perfect!

INSTRUCTION

Melt butter & mix with 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup erythritol, and pinch of salt. Press evenly into an 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.

Cool for 10 minutes.

Zest a lemon into a mixing bowl, juice all the lemons, add the eggs, 3/4 cup erythritol, 3/4 cup almond flour & pinch of salt and combine.

Pour the filling onto the crust & bake for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered erythritol.
