#hollowbackjueves Saludos desde Talkeetna, Alaska. This was a quick hollowback in the rain on the bank of the swift moving Talkeetna River with the #alaskarange mountains way in the background. This is the first #hollowback shape that I ever started playing around with two full years ago. It's not my favorite variation, per se, but it's a great one to come back to time and time again. I'd like to start working on keeping my knees closer to my chest and start lifting my head up more, chin to chest, to go deeper into opening the shoulders and accessing the upper back.
