When you enter some ancient temple or a pyramid, you can sense the strange, sometimes extremely powerful, energy. ⠀ That’s all because our ancestors knew more than we usually think they did, trust me. Otherwise how were they able to build the Egyptian pyramids or Chichen Itza so precisely? How did they manage to invent the ‘Golden ratio’ rule? With the help of architecture they managed to unite ‘the earth’ and space, something they had never seen but already sensed. They tried to create such a place where the merge of the tangible and the unseen would be accomplished. Last week I performed at TEDx @tedx in Krasnodar. We discussed the existence of life on Mars. ❓Why does a man remain so weak in the modern world with its high level of technological and digital development? #space_expert ⠀ Русская версия ниже ⠀ Diseases, stress, apathy, neurotic disorders. Healthy diet, yoga practices and sport help but they don’t guarantee 100% protection. ⠀ Despite the right trajectory of development we stay vulnerable because we don’t function in a system. We pick out its fragments and try to understand them in our own way, forgetting their true meaning. ⠀ ⚡️It’s time we put things right: stop relying on short-term solutions (like painkillers or alcohol to put you into the right mood) and start a full psychophysical preparation which includes healthy lifestyle, physical activity, personal development and space aesthetics. ⠀ ☄️All we need is to level up our body and spirit and enter a completely new stage of evolution) ⠀ ❓Почему в современном мире с его технической и цифровой развитостью человек остается таким слабым? ⠀ Болезни, стресс, апатия, неврозы. Правильное питание, тренд на йога-практики и спорт помогают, но 100% защиты не гарантируют. ⠀ Несмотря на правильный вектор развития, мы уязвимы, потому что не работаем в системе, вырываем из нее фрагменты и трактуем по-своему, забывая об истинных смыслах. ⠀ ⚡️Пора навести порядок: перестать уповать на сиюминутные механизмы (типа болеутоляющих или алкоголя для настроения) и начать комплексную психофизическую подготовку, в которую входят программа здорового образа жизни и физической нагрузки, личностного роста и космической эстетики. ⠀ ☄️Все, что нам нужно — прокачать дух и тело и выйти на качественно-новый этап эволюции)
