Различные источники утверждают, что при реализации джалу материальное тело полностью трансформируется в свою истинную природу - в свет не оставляя никаких следов от плотного человеческого тела. Радужное тело обретали не только учителя нингма, бон, но и йогины других школ, течений, а также миряне и монахи. ⠀ Нягла Пэма Дудул, знаменитый мастер Дзогчен, который реализовал "Радужное тело" в 1872 году, и свидетелями тому были пятьсот его учеников. От учеников нам передались его наставления перед трансформацией: «Раз и навсегда, отбросьте омрачённый стиль жизни, который является следствием привязанности к этой жизни. Отбросьте фальшивые добродетельные действия. Отбросьте Воззрение, которое всего лишь болтовня; Медитацию, которая является ошибочной и Поведение которое является неблагим. Отбросьте фанатичные споры и неискреннюю помощь живым существам, возникающую от желания славы и богатства. Избавьтесь от озабоченности этой жизнью; от гордости и чувства собственной важности. Стремитесь применять сострадание, и тогда спонтанно осуществится ваше благо и других существ…” ⠀ После молитвы он попросил зашить дверь его палатки и не подходить к ней 7 дней. Сохранились рассказы, что всю последующую ночь шёл сильный дождь и в небе появились радуги. И что к концу семи дней три раза было землетрясение, небо было в радугах и в радужных сферах света, слышались звуки музыки и неземной аромат заполнил пространство. But what amazed me the most is Pierre Cardin’s alien residence in Cannes. Palais Bulles looks both like a chain of bubbles and like a spaceship) By the way, there is not a single straight line in it because the architect Antti Lovag considered it a crime against nature. Plastic water – is it worth it… #space_expert Русская версия в комментах ❌You’ll ask why I don’t drink water from plastic bottles. That is because water in the plastic bottles, which have money value, can actually cost you your health. Research has shown that the plastic used to produce the packaging gets into the water and fills it with nothing but harmful properties. The most dangerous elements of plastic bottles are: ❌BPA or bisphenol A which causes ➖problems with studying and behaviour ➖a change in the immune functions of the organism ➖a problem with fertility among teenage girls ➖prostate and breast cancer ➖diabetes and obesity ❗️On the bottle it is marked with a triangle made of arrows. Numbers 7, 3 (polyvinylchloride), 6 (styrene) and no number mean there is BPA. Numbers 1,2,4 or 5 mean no BPA. ❌Phthalates - PVC substitute in the production of plastic, they destroy the endocrine system, adversely affect the reproduction systems and cause: ➖reduced sperm quality ➖testicular atrophy ➖liver cancer ➖lack of testosterone and unexpressed masculinity among boys ❌High temperatures make the water in plastic poisonous, dioxin is released which causes breast cancer ❌Fluorine – a completely unwholesome element which has long ago been examined and is no longer added to toothpastes because it adversely affects the brain and immune system supressing their function I think that is enough for you to turn to water in glass or vinyl bottles or at least to look at the packaging and marks on it. ‍♀️ Fast way of living of life isn’t always cool and sometimes one needs to unwind. Русская версия в комментах ⠀ #space_transformation ⠀ My personal ways to do that are meditations. I started spiritual practices when I was a teenager so this isn’t just a hobby, but a lifestyle that helped me to get rid of the ‘whimsical and restless’ state of mind for good. ⠀ I have long ago worked out for myself a 5-minute daily meditation technique. And I haven’t stopped practicing it despite my busy schedule and flights: Moscow, LA, Silicon Valley, San-Francisco, Krasnodar, 8-9 meetings a day and several presentations. ⠀ All I need is to close my eyes for 5 minutes, take my mind off things, let all the thoughts go and reach silence inside my head. It doesn’t matter where you do it, I meditate even in the car (if it isn’t me who’s driving of course)). Believe me, it’s a powerful emotional reset! ⠀ ☝By the way, meditations can even physically alter your brain. Apple @apple , Google @google companies, and Target @target include them to a work schedule.
