Life is all about balance, I’m soooooo bored of seeing people showing an unauthentic self on Instagram. A girl who only eats salads and would rather pass on a glass of wine because of the calorie content, I mean boringgggggg. I was that girl, believe me, no alcohol, no carbs, no red meat - you know the drill = no fun and unhappiness. Life is all about enjoying every element and finding that healthy balance, creating sustainability in your day-to-day, rather than following a restrictive pattern that punishes you.
So say yes to that cheese board (you can find some amazing dairy free varieties FYI), say yes to meeting your girlfriends for a bottomless brunch with all the processo and say yes to living. One of the most important pillars of health for me is your mindset, if you master that you’re pretty much there
