When you really screwed the BOOCH... at least you can have balanced microflora! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The first time I tried Kombucha, I thought everyone lost their minds. It tasted like how my armpits smell after I forgot to put on my deodorant and then was sweating all day long and maybe ate too much garlic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So you can imagine, I was hesitant to try this. However, the very nice and patient woman manning the adorable little Kombucha station at #blogher19 did a tasting for me, my friend, and another lovely lady from @shemedia - and I got to try every flavor. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ....yay? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But to my surprise, I actually barely tasted that weird fermented flavor at all! Everything was carbonated and had very subtle, delicate floral, fruity or herbaceous flavors. It was actually incredibly pleasant. I was offered one of my favorite flavors to take home (Love) and another one I didn't get to try (Clear Mind). I took both to work, sipped on them throughout the day, and felt pretty good! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm not going to lie to you and say I'd prefer this to a super sugary soda that will make me crash in an hour... but I can see myself making the substitution for soda and not minding it. Plus, probiotics are definitely something I need more of and this is a good way to get them in! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you again @blogher19 & @brewdrkombucha !!!
