. a beautiful light gold colour. The is intense very pleasant and elegant with aromas of grapefruit, apricot,dry fruit, almonds, white flowers, wood, hay, very beautiful. The is incredibly ample, fatty and with a very long finish on a fresh and nice bitter side of the grapefruit. Without the bitter, you can think of the class and elegance of a meursault! It is really a great great wine. This is my « coup de cœur » of the this weekend. I had 3 bottles of this wine, but I drank the others 3 years ago. I should have waited because the wine is incredible now!!!. It is pity that white saint-Joseph are so rare. .

. une très belle couleur or pâle. Le est très intense et agréable sur le pamplemousse, l’abricot, l’amande, les fleurs blanches, boisé , un peu de foin, très beau nez. La est ample, grasse, presque charnue avec une très longue fin de bouche se terminant sur une amertume rafraîchissante et agréable qui rappelle le pamplemousse. Sans l’amertume, on pourrait presque le confondre avec un meursault tellement c’est classe et élégant. C’est vraiment un très grand vin! C’est mon coup de cœur de ce We. J’avais 3 btes de ce vin pour 2012, mais celle ci était ma dernière. J’ai bu les 2 autres trop tôt car c’est maintenant que le vin est magnifique! C’est dommage que le st Joseph blanc est si rare!

Já ouviu falar em Rasteau (Rastô)? é uma AOC, do sul do Rhône, Fr. onde são produzidos vinhos secos e também os Vin Doux Naturel (VDN) brancos, rosés e tintos. Os vintages são chamados de “Râncio”. São produzidos com a Grenache noir, (90%) e 10% de outras cepas de Côtes du Rhône.
Eles são fortificados, tem em média 21,5 % de álcool. E sofrem adição de aguardente vínica durante o processo de vinificação, gerando açúcar residual natural.
