Now that Anthony’s back at work and we’re (more than) ready to get back into a routine of healthy eating, we’re trying out a local meal delivery service to get us off to a good start with minimal stress on my part. 2. Go all in. Typically, I select one day during my vacation to really hit it hard. Whether I use a hotel’s exercise facility, a yoga mat, or the great outdoors all depends on what’s available. Having one day on vacation to really push yourself will make you feel better and healthier during your trip, and when you get home. Sitting around for the whole vacation is boring, anyways!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
