Fitness advice 2/3 - Do cardio workouts one or two times a week to burn fat! A cardio exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate. Your heart is a muscle and have to get trained too. A stronger cardio-vascular system means more capillaries delivering more oxygen to cells in your muscles. This enables your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and inactivity.
My favorite cardio exercises are jumping rope / cross trainer and air bike! Doing these exercises in a high intensity level is a real fat killer and you will see/ feel the first results soon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

With some recent trials in life, my dear friend @heartandchic and I went to dinner last night and chose to ✨CELEBRATE✨ instead of worrying about the future. Our waiter asked what we were celebrating and shared his own similar story, and then brought us a piece of cake so we could really celebrate!

Before we dove in, I remembered something @john.transcend had mentioned at @yogaevolutiontv. He told us a story about his own birthday cake, and upon blowing out the candle, he chose to share his wish with others—to put it out in the physical world and manifest his dream. We all closed our eyes and thought about our most intimate dreams, and shared them out loud to the group.

So that’s what we did last night! We closed our eyes, and Renee and I blew the candle out together, and then shared our dreams with each other. I’ll let her tell you hers (so ask!) and here’s mine:

I want to create something. Something big. Something to help people. Something to bring people together and knock down previous barriers that have kept us from communicating and building together. I’m starting with the fitness community.

Will my dream look different in a week? A month? A year? 10 years? Perhaps! I hope it does, actually! I hope it evolves as I continue to grow. So cheers, to not knowing what’s coming or how things will go...but something big is about to happen!
