Adoro fare l'hip trust e nell'ultimo check abbiamo ricontrollato l'esecuzione (spesso, se non sempre viene eseguito male e io stessa tendo a sbagliare ) e scoperto tante altre cose carine per far bruciare il ogni volta è un'illuminazione! Giorgia ne sa sempre una in più del diavolo e quando mi fa scoprire cose nuove è molto elettrizzante ⚡ Ovviamente questo non è stato il mio allenamento ma è davvero top . 1️⃣Multipower hip thrust 5x8 2️⃣Single leg multipower rdl"s 3x12 each leg 3️⃣Leg press 3x12 4️⃣Feet elevated glute bridge 2x1" 5️⃣Abductor machine 4x30 . ⚠️First video is exercise n.4️⃣ , the rest is in order . Booty day This weekend is finished it was really intense, but amazing! I have taken part of a workshop planned by my fantastic coaches @giorgia.baglio @ludovico.lemme , follow their stories!! I immediately started to research. The problem is people - even active ones - use their glutes primarily for one main purpose: sitting down. In order to properly strengthen the muscles in your booty, you should do a series of warm-up exercises. That’s why it’s important to activate your glutes before you move onto your weightlifting or planned workout routine. It will help boost your ability to perform. GLUTES + LEGS this was meant to be my Friday post and even though the caption is from then, it’s a message that I wanted to put out so I’m going to keep it how it is..If you have been watching my stories, I chatted yesterday about feeling rubbish after my session - I’ve trained so hard and really pushed my body both in the gym and on the squash court this past week, and it was definitely telling me that it needed a rest yesterday. I’ve taken a day off and am fuelling up on lotsa food to help myself recover, rest is @barebells.uk - This is a fab circuit for leg day - really enjoyed both doing and filming this, the exercises are very varied and I could feeeel the burn so badly. Hello everyone! Hopefully y'all had a good Thursday! Mine was a bit depressing because I have been studying all day ... * * Anyways, today I want to talk about my training yesterday. Because of the exams I haven't trained for a full month, which caused me to lose some strength and motivation ... Yesterday I went to the gym for the first time after a month, and let me tell you , it was exhausting !! * Why? I had trouble finding the right weights, which exercises I wanted to do, how to do my sets properly etc... * * I reallyyy tried to get the best out of it! I pushed myself to finish my sets, to train with proper weights, to focus on my form,... But also, I had to push myself to understand that if I can't do it anymore, its okey too! I had a lot of problems with my heart, my condition has deteriorated considerably. I didn't do lots of excercices, but that is not a problem at all!! * * Sometimes you have to give yourself the time to get back on track or find your love for the gym again... These things don't happen overnight! I didn't lose my motivation in the past month at all, but I kind off forgot how hard you have to work to achieve your goals and to move forward. It isn't an easy job, but I can't wait to be fully back on track and see my body changing again!! * * After all, my training was less good then usual, but it was definitely enough for the first time after a month. I really had a glute pump, and now I feel my glutes, quats and hamstrings burning!! * * Also, I want to give my boyfriend @tom_loedts a lil shout-out because he really supports me in everything! During this period I can be a bit stressed or upset sometimes 'cause I have lots of stress for my exams, and I feel bad 'cause I can't train as much as I want anymore.. At times I out these feelings towards him.. Even tho he doesn't deserve it. He' s really understanding & makes time to comfort me. He really supports me throughout this period, he puts so much effort into me so that I keep feeling good, he pushes myself to the best version of myself and he makes sure that I don't give up, neither with my studies nor my fitness. Couldn't wish for better! I love you so ❤️
