Wenn man aber bedenkt, dass zwischen dem Video 1: 1 Monat Video 2: 3 Monate Video 3: 4 Monate & Video 4: 4 Monate liegen, ist das keine lange Zeit. Es lohnt sich also Fleiß und Geduld in das Training zu stecken. Denn ich habe nie mehr gemacht, als das was ich fähig war auszuführen. Auch wenn ich am liebsten direkt in den press to handstand gesprungen wäre oder Kipping Toes to bar absolviert hätte und meine Langhantel mit Gewichten für den Clean beladen hätte. Statt dessen wurde ich, Gott sei dank, von sehr guten Coaches zurück gedrosselt, auf entsprechende angemessene Vor-Übungen☝. Das erübrigt mir nun, Fehler in Bewegungen ausmerzen zu müssen. *FLY INTO EAGLE LEGS HANDSTAND* . #angelasyogatutorials . . 4 Eagle Leg Handstand Drills . I love playing with this variation! . . 2: Tripod Headstand with eagle legs. (Only if you already have a headstand practice) Lift your legs up into a straddle. Cross your right leg over your left wrapping your legs into eagle and then unwind and try the left. This will help you to get used to moving your legs while trying to balance. Do not allow your shoulder blades to sag towards the floor or elbows splay to the sides! . . . 3: Place your hands shoulders distance apart and about 5-8 inches from the wall. Kick up into handstand. Wrap your legs into eagle. Notice how you need to shift more weight forward to counterbalance the weight of your legs. Also notice how you now have a lower center of gravity and it may actually be easier to find balance. Use your fingertips gripping the floor to keep your weight slightly more forward than usual. . . 4: Turn around and climb the wall for a belly facing wall eagle. Start on hands and knees with your head towards the center of the room. Spread your shoulders, firm your arms to straight and then walk your feet up the wall. Keep your eyes focused between your hands. Keep your left leg straight, bend your right knee and cross it over your left knee. Bend both knees keeping the ball of your left foot on the wall for balance. Tuck your right foot behind your left calf. Pull your navel and ribs in. . . 5: Lie on your back with a foam yoga block between your hands. Reach your arms overhead and wrap your triceps towards the tip of your nose. Spread your shoulder blades wide on your upper back. Inhale and as you exhale curl up. Pull your belly button to the floor, do not allow your lower back to arch away from your mat. Straddle your legs wide. Wrap your legs into eagle. Unwind and try the other leg on top. Try for 5-10. . Wearing: @aloyoga . Practice with me on Playbook. ✅Wrist Exercises✅ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Often a neglected point in training despite how much we utilize our hands. Can be something to supplement your routine to help build that overall hand strength as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here are 8 different exercises to start with to build wrist and forearm strength. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Wrist Flexion 2. Wrist Extension 3. Radial Deviation 4. Pronation 5. Supination 6. Farmers Carry 7. 90/90 inverted KB hold 8. Wrist CARs 9. Wrist CARs continued The first 5 utilize a band but you can swap that out with a dumbbell if you’d like. I showed the setup with the band just Incase. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The farmers carry is an excellent way to start building strength not only within the forearm complex but the entire body. If you’ve never done heavy farmer carry walks for distance... you gotta give it a try. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 90/90 inverted great way to challenge with some overhead positioning work, that will really force you to have a strong grip. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Of course daily CARs needs to be apart of this as a way to just get some extra movement into the system. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
