The goal every week is for each set to be heavier than the week before. If not that, then for the last set to be heavier than the last set from the week before.

In weeks 3 and 4 increasing the weight in the second wave is highly encouraged. If you can go up, even if it’s 2.5lb on either side of the bar throw it on there. .

Adding in some reflex work to the Bosch Clean Variation I posted a while back. With adding in the reflex/ hip drive motor control we’re looking to improve athletic movement, unilateral push off and single leg jumping. Again just like the last Variation I posted it is still a great exercise to increase explosiveness and help with an athlete’s overall acceleration.
