After 24 hours, a long flight, a coach ride and a train ride, we are finally at #Lourdes. I took this while we were in the train. The flight was awful. I felt breathless midway and had to rely on an oxygen tank. I'm quite put off by long journeys now. Part of Chronic illness or Depression Issues is that showers take a lot of energy. If you have to chew, and then get into a car to get to work, a shower is something you may give up having. At least for me. Plus depression and anxiety may stop you from wanting to shower. I don't shower often because I have little energy and inspiration. I no longer have goals in life. Adopting a child. Adopting or buying a dog. Moving up in my career. All these are dreams that have slipped past my fingers. I don't even have a permanent roof above my head now due to unresolved neighbour issues. My goal now is to take a shower, daily. And take my vitamins, daily. I missed my vitamins today, for the 365th time.
