Joc and I are busy moms without a lot of extra time to dedicate to a fitness routine. That is the biggest reason we’ve come to love HIRT training. HIRT stands for High Intensity Resistance Training. It’s a quick and affective way to blast fat while building muscle. If you aren’t familiar with HIRT, this is where you perform a series of resistance (strength) training exercises for a number of reps without resting between exercises. So you are increasing your heart rate because you aren’t giving your muscles a lot of recovery time. As a result, you are burning more calories in less time and boating your muscular and cardiac endurance. Boom . Who wouldn’t want to hop on the HIRT ! So be sure and save this workout for the next time you need quick and affective total body burner #hiitithard
❤️Do each circuit for 7 minutes with 1 minute rest in between

2. Squat alternating kicks 10/side
3. Star jumps x10
4. Commandos 10/side

1. Supermans x15
2. Alternating jump lunges 12/side
3. DB walking lunges 12/side
4. Jump rope x100
Circuit 3
1. Sumo jump squats x12
2. Mountain Climbers 15/side
3. Squat + curl and press x13
4. Kettle bell swings (can be done with one DB) x 15

For those of you who don't know what "VO2 MAX" is
...it is the maximum rate of oxygen consumption as measured during incremental exercise.
*
Pretty much if you want to be able to have a "Higher Maximal Oxygen Uptake" or get good at "Endurance Training"

Than I suggest you TRY these out along with the Steps I have for you below:

✅30 seconds ON
❎10 seconds OFF
❇️2 minute RECOVERY
3-6 reset CYCLE
✳️5 HIIT Exercises
(See how many Cycles/Rounds you can do? I accomplished about 5)

1. Knee Get Up & Downs
2. One Armed Mountain Climbers
3. Rotating Plank Push-Ups
4. Push-Up Leap Frogs
