VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
I'm not vegan, but that doesn't mean I can't eat like one (at least for dessert anyways). Oh, and did I mention it's also paleo, nut free, seed free, keto friendly, and only requires 3 ingredients to make? (and no, cake mix isn't one of them LOL) Ya'll won't believe how easy it is!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of my Probiotic Cacao Protein Powder (giveaway going on for it in stories now)
1/2 cup @santabarbarachocolate Cocoa Powder (15% off: lilsipper15)
1 cup of either:
- unsweetened applesauce (vegan)
- pumpkin puree (vegan, low carb, candida diet)
- greek yogurt (not vegan but keto, candida, low carb diet friendly)
Instructions:
✏️Mix protein powder and cocoa powder in a large bowl, then add 1 cup of the puree of choice. Mix well. Batter should be similar to play-dough.
✏️Line pan / tin of choice with parchment paper and press batter down firmly and bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before icing / frosting (full recipe with 3 frosting options is now up on www.lilsipper.com (link in bio) #lilsipper
