E o que trabalha isto como um todo TSM!! Por isso para cada treino de capacidades isoladas deve haver um treino sensório-motor associado. No paciente pós-AVC é diferente? NÃO! Adianta treinar ou só equilíbrio, ou somente força do membro E você acha que equilíbrio é somente o postural de pé? Segurar um copo e beber água com refinamento você esquece que envolve equilíbrio? A meta é fixar as tarefas no sistema nervoso com execução o mais próximo do funcional, como aí no vídeo, onde trabalho o beber água em copo fino, que já trabalha refinamento da preensão, equilíbrio, força, resistência, e eu coloco algumas resistências externas a guiar o melhor movimento.
