O #tbt de hoje é desse meu antes e depois. Na primeira foto eu estava com 15 kg a mais do que estou hoje (sim já pesei mais de 100kg) e na segunda foto eu estava MUITO perto do meu objetivo final(uns 10kg a menos que estou hoje). A foto é mesmo pra dar um animo, pra me lembrar do quanto já conquistei, onde cheguei, lutei (sim, é uma luta) e de como já estive no meu melhor antes, ou seja, é possível chegar lá. .. Como é difícil encontrar equilíbrio, não só com a dieta, mas na vida. Saber quem você é, o que quer, aonde quer chegar e principalmente não desistir. Todo mundo tem problemas, uns são gravíssimos, outros nem tanto, mas costumo dizer que cada pessoa sabe o peso do seu problema e o impacto em sua vida. Só não da pra ceder a cada “fome emocional” que temos, comer todo chocolate que vem pela frente, todo bolo recheado maravilhoso e único, toda torta que vai estar SEMPRE lá na padaria, cada um precisa se encontrar em si, achar seu ponto de equilíbrio na vida de forma que a comida não seja compensatória pra nenhum sentimento. .. Tropeços acontecem, algumas vezes nos fazem cair e nem sempre é possível levantar-se de primeira, o importante é o que tenho feito: levantar SEMPRE e seguir o coração em todos os momentos. .. Cá estou eu levantando novamente! .. Me deixa saber se você chegou até o fim do textão de hoje ! (um emoji já ajuda!)6

Confidence really isn't something anyone can give you, someone can't just tell you your worth it and then you magically believe it, as much as I wish thats how it worked it isn't. Confidence is something you have to give to yourself. You have to realize how amazing you are. You have to know your own worth, because you are all beautiful and amazing in some way shape or form. Confidence is when you tell yourself, my opinion of myself matters more than everyone else's opinions of me, that you need to be the you that your moat happy with. I can't give you confidence, the only one that can is you. You, yes.. YOU, can tell yourself that you are worth it, because confidence is believing in yourself and not being afraid of what other might think. Pleasing others is something we always want to do, and there is nothing wrong with that, but change yourself for you. Dont listen to all the people that try to bring you down and hurt you.
