The moment you ask yourself, why do I always drink a shake after working out?
Normally I drink most of my shake (as you can see in the highlight section) right after working out.
During this time the body mainly needs proteins (especially leucine) and carbohydrates (like dextrose) to increase insulin levels and protein biosynthesis.
It also helps you to increase your muscle growth and your body can regenerate faster after a hard session.

I like this quote, although I thought it only meant that if you share goods or values with someone, you care about them.
But that's only one side. On the other hand, you also take care of yourself.
When you share with someone, you feel much better and your brain will release endorphins.
So you create both joy in the person you share with and joy in yourself.

Hey, are you also sweating heavily during your workout that time of the year?
A big advantage of training in the morning is that it's not so hot and crowded in the gym.
You may not be able to lift as much as before, but after a week or two you will notice an increase in your strength and should be able to lift heavy weights again♂️.
One of the biggest benefits you get from training in the morning is the feeling that you have been productive early in the day which sets the tone for the day.
Anyway, to get back to the topic. In these hot days in Germany it is crucial to drink a lot of water.
You should at least drink 3 litres which helps your body to cool down.
I also try to eat lots of water-rich fruits as they provide me with both vitamins and minerals.
To be honest, they just taste good too good to not eat them.
If you get headaches during your training, try to reduce the intensity (only on hot days ) and shorten your training.
It is much more fun to be outdoors and enjoy the weather anyway️. You can also try something new like calisthenics (outdoors) to challenge your body in a different way. @yanniknash

I think there are less moments of happiness than people might think.
Many of these moments are triggered because you have acted before.
Maybe you've talked to strangers and they've helped, they've invited you, they've taken you with them or you've had a great exchange of value.
A positive attitude and the mentality that you can do anything could be the key to having happiness in your life.

What a great party last night.
I met a lot of old friends. We had some good conversations and a lot of fun.
Do you know the moment when you haven't seen someone for a long time, but when you meet that person again, it feels like you've been in contact all this time?
I'm still surprised how this is possible, but I think it shows the true connection between people.
Exploring a new city can be stressful and unpleasant if you don't have the right backpack.
A backpack should fit the trip you are planning, not the other way around.
For me a backpack has to hold at least 2 litres of water, some snacks, maybe a jacket and a camera.
But many bags offer this, so what is there to consider?
If you are exploring a new city or hiking, it is important that the bag has a hip belt as it reduces the pressure on your shoulders, which is much healthier for your posture.
It can be useful in a city if your travel bag has hidden zippers as this makes your belongings a little safer.
Keep this in mind on your next journey.
