✨Маленькие достижения апреля✨ ⠀ Маленькие победы тоже победы. Они кажутся незначительными, но это обманчивое впечатление. Наверное, поиск и умение поблагодарить за них играют ключевую роль в моей борьбе со своим недовольством и брюзжанием по жизни. Которые раньше я воспринимала как нормальное состояние. ⠀ Да, маленькие успехи даже найти и вспомнить сложнее, чем большие достижения. Но стоит. Когда подводила подобные итоги ежемесячно осенью, это поднимало мой настрой и веру в себя. Ещё больше это усиливалось тем, что находило у вас отклик и заставляло тоже поблагодарить себя за что-то и улыбнуться ⠀ Так и не знаю, зачем прервала такую традицию. Вернём ее? ⠀ - Прошла курс и до сих прорабатываю задания по курсу «Изгнание внутренного бомжа». Пока успехи небольшие, но понятно в каком направлении двигаться - Вот как раз разрешила себе тратить деньги на себя. - Встала снова на путь расхламления. Раздали/отдали на благотворительность/переработку ещё N-ное количество пакетов. Откуда столько у меня всего. - Больше нового и экспериментов. Например взять и просто снять цветы для обоев на телефон оказалось очень полезно и воодушевляюще. Вы их кстати до сих пор можете скачать на телеграм канале (ссылка в шапке, если не открывается - пишите в Директ ) - Начала знакомить вас в сторис со своими работами для других аккаунтов. Для меня это значимый шаг в принятии своего творчества ⠀ Теперь вы поделитесь за что можете себя похвалить за прошедшее время весны ⠀

Do you know what I really love? Even if you feel utterly miserable and you’re in the worst possible mood, you can still find laughter and there’s still joy to be felt. Take today, for example; Mrs T’s brakes don’t work so I hadn’t driven her for months or heard any life from her. She was fixed today and driven up and down my driveway by the nicest garage owners who squeezed me in at a very busy time. It was SUCH a joy to hear her, I laughed and laughed. I cannot tell you the pleasure. To me it was immeasurable. Then, I went to Tesco - on the conveyer belt next to mine was a man buying TWENTY full bottles of wine and serving him was a teenager who said exactly the same thing to him as he did to the lady before him who bought a loaf of bread; ‘Anything good planned for this evening?’ Said the teenager. ‘Not really’, responded the man, nonchalantly. I mean, COME ON! Pure comedy and I laughed out loud. And, then as I walked my trolley back to my car, a lady heading into the store offered to take it back for me. It was a random act of kindness and I enjoyed and appreciated it. Take this to mean what you will - either, you can find joy and laughter in Tesco OR life isn’t all that bad even if it’s not all that good ‍♀️❤️. Xxx
