We're always cueing clients to pull up the spring rather than let the pedal just rise on it's own. Flipping the perspective, both directions are focused and intended. #pilatescadillac white fuzzy creative play. It occurred that the back bar in front of me was close enough to put my foot on. So then the rest happened.
