PINTEREST TIPS:⁣ I adore Pinterest, and it has been a HUGE lead source for my business. A couple of months ago, I was even able to hit 1.3 million monthly views (and hold that # for a couple months) because I got seriously strategic about using Pinterest for my business. ⁣ ⁣ I'm certainly no expert, but here are 4 fast tips that have helped me get found on Pinterest, and I think they'll help you too!⁣ ⁣ 1. Write keyword-rich descriptions for your pins that are what people might actually be searching for, not just what the image is of. Use actual sentences and punctuation, but keep it short. ⁣ ⁣ 2. To make tip #1 even easier, use ALT text on your images when you add posts to your blog so that when you go to pin those images, it'll automatically pull a great description. ⁣ ⁣ 3. Pin a lot, and schedule your pins using a tool such as @tailwindapp. (Head to elizabethmccravy.com/tailwind to get a $15 credit for the plan I use!)⁣ ⁣ 4. Optimize your BOARDS on Pinterest to be keyword rich too. For example, instead of me just having a "Website Design" board, I have a super specific board titled "Life Coach Websites and Brand Design". oh hey hi hello! It’s me + my face. I can’t even remember the last time I posted a photo of myself or a personal update outside of my stories, so I guess it’s about that time! I got home from california last night//this morning and wow wow wow, it has been such a whirlwind of a week and my adrenaline is still going strong from all the excitement + amazing things that took place at the @evolveworkshops this week.

not only did I get the opportunity to build such exciting relationships with other professionals in this wild wedding industry we all work in, but I also stood up in front of a huge room of people and got to share my story, my journey and the steps I took to build my business up to what it has become! i already miss california + the new relationships I made while I was out there. ,but I’m excited to be back home and to give my kiddo the biggest bear hug ever this afternoon when he gets out of school.
