#chaot⠀ Ist es nicht verrückt, dass ich jetzt Inhalte mit euch teile, in denen es um Organisation geht? Etwas, dass ich früher immer gehört habe war: "Organisation ist nicht so deins... Eigentlich war das mehr ein Wiedergeben von Tatsachen, als eine Meinung Wenn ihr mein Kinderzimmer gesehen hättet... ⠀ ⠀ Aber was viel wichtiger ist, ist dass ich heute wirklich sagen kann: "Ich bin gar nicht mehr so chaotisch und ganz gut organisiert!" - es ist wirklich möglich, sowas zu lernen! ⠀ ⠀ Ich bin immer noch auf dem Weg und es bleibt wahrscheinlich immer ein Prozess, aber ich bin so froh, mit dem Bullet Journal ein Werkzeug in den Händen zu halten, das mir dabei hilft. Besonders an Tagen, wo es nicht so klappt. ⠀ ⠀ Gestern war so ein Tag. New Journal... same damn fitness goals ‍♀️ • Taking it one day at a time. Loving my body in progress. Not being an extremist. Finding balance. • Working tirelessly, being a mom, anxiety, and trying to take time for myself and my passions has led to some not so healthy choices... extremes at both ends of health and fitness. These are not excuses. • Women and men all over the world live a life similar to mine and find weight loss very hard. There will always be people who say that these life situations are excuses, but they aren’t. Your struggles are valid and real. Many things take priority over working out or being able to cook a healthy dinner each night. Some moms aren’t off work until 6PM and then come home to help with homework and get children ready for bed. Priority. Some women and men are working doubles to pay rent and pay off past debts. Priority. Do not discredit someone’s weight loss efforts and call their situation an excuse.
