Recipe:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup steamed and frozen sweet potato
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp @cleanandgreenwholefoods beauty berries powder
1 scoop @macr0mike strawberry cheezecake protein powder
1 dash of unsweetened almond milk
Then I topped with fresh fig (still obsessed) and organic coconut shreds. Done
Leftover blueberry overnight oats mixed with yogurt topped with crunchy granola, berries, coconut chips and chocolate! Happy a great day you all!

Chia jam (small jar):
250 g (2 Cups) frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp of freshly-pressed lime juice
3 Tbsp agave syrup
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder

Smoothies for 2:
4 Tbsp peanut butter
1 ripe banana, frozen
100 g cauliflower florets, frozen
80 g (¾ cup) raspberries, frozen
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
360 ml (1 ½ cups) oat mylk
2 dates (soft)

⏩⏩Instructions
1. For the chia jam add the raspberries to a small saucepan. Heat until raspberries start to break down. Add the rest ingredients and stir until well combined. Let simmer for a couple of minutes while stirring and remove from the heat afterward. Transfer to a jar and let cool completely.
2. Once chia jam is cooled, add all ingredients for the smoothie to a high-speed blender. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Add a couple teaspoons of chia jam to the jars and pour in the smoothie. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 frozen Banana
1 cup frozen Berries
1/2 cup Kale
1 tablespoon Pomegranate Powder
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla or Berry Plant Protein Powder
1 tablespoon Vitality Green Powder (or any green superfood powder)
2 tablespoon Yogurt (I used Coconut milk yogurt).
Instructions:
•Blend everything (except the Yogurt) together.
•Add to bowl and even it out with the back of a spoon.
•Add the 2 tablespoons Yogurt to a small Ziploc bag. Cut a small hole at the tip to squeeze out yogurt. Draw lines across smoothie bowl horizontally.
•Take a toothpick to draw lines from top to bottom through all Yogurt lines. Draw one line up and the next down to give the effect I have on the picture.
•Top with fresh Berries

Blueberry Swirl:
3 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk(makes it extra creamy)
1 big scoop of coconut cream (thick part in a can)
1 tsp blue spirulina (optional) @unicornsuperfoods

How to:
Blend in a high speed blender (at least 1000w) or a food processor. Chopping up the bananas makes it easier on the blender. I start on level 4 with my @vitamix then go to about level 2. Use the tamper to push ingredients towards the blades.
