I’ll be 62 on Tuesday and I still play outside like I did as a kid. I can’t imagine any other way. This was yesterday on the trail. So much beauty everywhere. Now we are seeing the benefits from all the rain we got. The earth is hydrated. Our bodies need hydration too. Eat mostly water rich foods, and drink fresh juice.

Throwback Thursday about 16 years ago in my early RAW Vegan days at a laundromat in Waikiki (yes, I wash my clothes when I travel.... I love fresh food & fresh clothes ) .
I don’t really know the exact date I became fully RAW, but I will tell u something I know from experience.
In the beginning years of your RAW Vegan journey u may lose unnecessary weight that u were carrying around from maybe meat, fish, chicken, dairy, and most of all COOKED FOOD. Yes, when u stop putting cooked food in your body, all kinds of magical things happen. Well, at least it did for me...
I’ll tell u how.
First of all, my body didn’t have to do so much work anymore. I was eating all I wanted of Living Juicy Water Rich RAW Foods that made digestion so easy & simple. My stomach stayed flat no matter how much I ate, and I was not a teenager .
Even my SUNburgers baked outside by the SUN on heatwave days were juicy bcuz I never let them SUNbake to a dry state. Energy was sky high, hair growing like a weed, skin stayed in a glow, and I didn’t require as much sleep as I did on cooked food.
Now here’s the part I wasn’t aware of, and I’m going to share it with u.
I thought I could go on vacation and “taste” some of the Vegan Cooked dishes while on my trip, then go back to my RAW World when I returned home, and I found out it was a big mistake!
I found out for me, cooked food was very very very addictive.
So if u are enjoying being all RAW, and want to stay that way, don’t make the mistake I did, bcuz u may have a real struggle going back in this very cooked world we live in.
