Envejecido durante 18 meses en barricas de roble americano y francés, completando su afinamiento con 3 meses mas en tinas de roble francés, de 20.500 litros.
Color cereza rubí brillante y atractivo.
Los aromas son de mediana-alta intensidad y destaca su frutosidad, aparecen rojos y negros con buena madurez, también se detectan tostados, flores, minerales, balsáics y especiados, bastante compleja y sobre todo expresiva la nariz.
En boca es sabrosón, el paso con buen equilibrio y bastante redondeo, los taninos vivos pero suaves, bien el retronasal con muchos de los arómas de la nariz, y el final es larguito y con buena persistencia, sobre todo frutal y especiada.
Un vino muy bien hecho y sobre todo muy bebible.
