Hey Everyone!! Let me reintroduce myself. My name is Selina, I’m 24 years old from New Jersey. I am a full time social worker and I am currently in Grad School for clinical mental health counseling. I started my weight loss journey in February of 2017 at 355lbs with hypothyroidism. I completely changed my eating and exercise habits and worked with a nutritionist and lost 64.8lbs naturally. On April 25th 2018 I had the #verticalsleevegastrectomy and have since lost another 129.2 lbs. I’m down 194lbs total and still losing. This tool has allowed me to take back my life and find myself and my happiness again. My thyroid levels are under control and I no longer have to take medication. I now love going to the gym and trying new things.
