. Via: @jonnelleisrael - Here I have a quick reference guide that will help you stay on track when eating. You'll notice I have water, fruits, and tea until 12. This is to help flush the body from the toxins you built up over night. Also fruits leave the stomach within 1 hr so they can eat until you are satisfied. After 12 this is the best time to eat delicious foods that you love. The sun helps metabolize the food better, and the body is in the intake phase to receive foods for building. Foods in the building phase take 3-4 hrs to leave the stomach so be mindful. OF COURSE YOU CAN EAT FRUITS AFTER 12! Lol HOWEVER fruits are BEST eaten on an empty stomach and allow for 1 hr for them to pass through before eating another meal. Proteins and starches do not mix well together when we speak of digestion! It takes 8 hours to digest poorly combined foods, whereas it takes 3-4 to digest well combined foods. This is based on the Circadian Rhythm of the body as well as the Biorhythms of the Organs. Eat To Heal! Share this!
