To some, Monday’s can be a bit of a drag. That’s why I’m here to make your day brighter with 3 quick tips to increase your energy levels today!
Step 1: Chug you water . I mean…like try and get a gallon in if you can. This will give you so much energy and will help keep you feel full throughout the day!
Step 2: For lunch, go ahead and order a big . Ask them to hold the cheese, dressing on the side, add extra colorful veggies on top, as well as some grilled chicken breast! The protein will will give you a slow release of energy, the micronutrients will make you feel really clean on the inside, and the lack of processed/heavy carbohydrates will eradicate that afternoon snooze sesh.

First day by myself with Emilie actually wasn’t by myself as my mum and dad came round and took me out to lunch and to Morrison’s for a food shop. Regardless, we’ve had lots of crying, but she’s currently asleep in her crib still alive so I’m feeling a sense of accomplishment Also pretty proud of myself for being in the house with the biscuit tin and not even sneaking one. This might be my first full day on plan since when I was pregnant

Breakfast is a funny one - it seems that every other week we have a new study to say that you can't skip it, or that you should skip it - in order to lose weight. The reality is that for fat loss it comes down to your overall calorie intake, not the time of day you eat those calories. Do what works for you. ⠀⠀

I actually don't typically eat early in the morning. I usually wait till lunchtime before eating. For no reason other than it works for me. A lot of people are different however and prefer to eat early in the morning. One thing my clients regularly struggle with in the beginning is getting enough protein with breakfast. Which is important - because a) we should be eating plenty of protein and b) it's great at keeping us feeling full so less likely that we'll reach for snacks mid morning.⠀⠀

As is often the case when it comes to weight loss - we over think things. Suddenly the idea of having more protein at breakfast has us confused and not sure what to do. Keep it simple.
