[werbung] Are you a fruit lover or veggie lover? . I guess if I had to choose I would choose veggies but I wouldn’t want to be without fruits either. But greens have become so important to me. They satisfy me more, they make me glow from inside and they supply my body with important nutrition. Even though I don’t eat fresh greens every meal I always add some greens like dried moringa from @theessenceofafrica to my smoothies. This way I get the extra nutrition boost and avoid cravings. Yes more greens in my diet means less cravings. So if you have an issue with cravings try to eat more greens. You can thank me later . Stehst du ehr auf Gemüse oder Obst? . Wenn ich wählen müsste, würde ich Gemüse nehmen, aber ich will auch nicht ohne Obst sein. ich habe über die Jahre einfach gemerkt, wie gut es mir geht, wenn ich mehr grüne Blätter esse. Auch in meine obstsmoothies mache ich greens mit Hinein. Keine frischen, sondern das moringa von @theessenceofafrica . Das ist so reich an sämtlichen Nährstoffen. Es macht mich schneller und länger satt, verhindert Heißhunger und verleiht mir diesen Glanz von innen. Also wenn du Probleme mit Heißhunger hast, dann probiere wirklich mal aus mehr grüne Blätter zu essen. Oder hol dir auch moringa und erlebe selbst wie gut es dir damit geht. One thing I really like doing with salads is adding as much color as I can to them! People always tell me my food is colorful and the main reason why I do this is to increase the nutritional content of my food. (VIDEO LINK IN MY BIO) ➖ There are plenty of ways to SWAP REFINED SUGAR ! These EXAMPLES mentioned above are just some of the SOLUTIONS for it since there is also xylit or stevia etc.... We all should know that sugar in any form is not health promoting, therefore the general advice is to consume less refined sugar. Meaning you should eat less processed foods and instead FOCUS on WHOLE FOODS. Furthermore, the main 'sugar' you should be eaten would be fruit sugar but not if it's concentrated fruit sugar like in juices or concentrated corn syrup or glucose-fructose-syrup because this does more harm than good to your health! ➖ ONE of the common sugar substitutes is Stevia. Stevia is perhaps unique among food ingredients because it doesn't add calories. Unlike other sugar substitutes, stevia is derived from a plant. A senior pharmacist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and co-founder of Natural Standard Research Collaboration, which reviews evidence on herbs and supplements said that it could help with lowering blood pressure. ➖ Furthermore, figs or dates especially DRIED FRUITS are really great ways to sweeten your meals without adding any sugar or even natural sweeteners like stevia !
