Here’s the dealio about Creatine...it’s gotten a bad rap! Most of what the major population has seen about it is only when it makes the news when an athlete got ‘busted’ for using it. And, since it’s mostly men that are involved, it’s become thought that Creatine will make you more “manly” and increase testosterone. NOPE! Here’s the legit “scoop.”

Creatine phosphate is produced in your body through food and internal production, and stored in muscles for a quick source of ATP energy during intense movements like a heavy set of weight lifting or HIIT - like in the LIIFT4 workouts.

As one of the most well researched sport supplement, including over 1000 human studies, it has been found that creatine supplementation can:
- Increase maximal strength and power between 5-15%
- Improve high-intensity exercise performance
- Enhance the effects of weight training because of your ability to push yourself harder in your workouts

Or you can choose to load with 20-25 mg per day for a week to reach saturation, then maintain with 5 mg per day (read the directions).
