Morning ╳ Cup Officially coming to terms with the fact that my body can no longer handle more than a small cup of coffee ☕️ . We had breakfast Sunday morning with some friends then went h o u r s later to workout & I had the full on heart beating out of my chest, felt like I was going to have a heart attack from the caffeine feeling. Ahhhh synthetic chemicals, the toxins our body was never made to process and therefore can’t, causing all types of issues, diseases and yes, cancer ! _ For the love of you, your family, your life - AVOID THESE at all costs! Please look at every ingredient in every product in your home & that you buy! Do you see any of these in it!? If not, keep it that way! If yes, time to ditch & make healthier swaps ASAP. These are JUST 5 and they’re thousands more, but if you don’t know where to start in buying healthier beauty & skin/baby products - start omitting these! _ Reality: you can continue to stay ignorant & in denial about the fact you are poisoning yourself & your family by putting these products on your or your children’s skin/hair/nails - OR you can WAKE UP & start realizing that YOU have control over SO much of your own toxic load! Period. _ For anyone who wants to play devil’s advocate and say “cost - cause conventional products are cheaper,” then you’re looking at the wrong products because they range from cheap to luxury just like conventional products do. _ Do better.
