I've found the #pilatesball and #ankleweights to be a nice little combo. The ball helps to control what those weighted bastards can do to pelvic control while the weights give nonstop education to the need of leg muscle activation during abwork.

Plus, bridges with the weights KILL the #glutes ( play with various heights and footwork type movements to hit all around the backside).

Adding a bit of advancements and full body focus to traditional legs in straps on #reformer with addition of #pilatesring. Video is sped for variations...
in hands to mimic double leg stretch with added squeezes for chest muscle and back engagment
between inner thighs for a tick tock tip, straighten/bend, and small push out and in off slightly one hip. Feels not only harder on #core and #obliques but also isolates the spring more to top leg
pelvic curl/lifts with added pushing off of ring on carriage controlled movements with body elevated -frog open shut with ring squeeze and straighten bend both from ceiling
