Founder @IsabelleLegeron answers, “If you care about what you eat, if you care about the environment and pollution, then you need to be thinking about natural wine, because natural wine reflects these values. Why care about farming or natural wine? The farming practices are not only better for you, but also better for the environment. You're not polluting your body with residual products, pesticides, insecticides. You're not polluting the planet through conventional farming. And then, in my opinion, when you make the wine with indigenous yeast and very little additions, then you're drinking something that is a much truer representation of where it’s from. So if you're somebody who's looking for authenticity of place and product, then drinking natural wine, or low-intervention organic and biodynamic wines, is definitely the way forward.” #rawwine

Привет! У нас на полках наконец-то петнат и оранж под лейблом FANNY ADAMS от Esencia Rural - это их "колготки" вы отрываете и с ногами, и с руками из раза в раз. Кудрявому скромняге Хулиану Руису так понравилась идея Fanny Adams, что он сделал для нас целых два вина. Оба - просто рок-н-ролл. Orange flame– limited edition версия "Оранжевых колготок", а Reactivity Charge – первый опыт с петнатами для винодела из Кастилии-Ла-Манчи. Наше ТЗ был таково: петнат в стиле "Колготок" – борзо, ярко, с юмором. С задачей Хулиан справился - такой и вышел "Реактивный заряд". Цены - такие же полышуще-огненные, как и названия вин: 1600 и 1800 рублей, парам-пам-пам-пам! Даром! Вином мы запаслись, хватит на всех. A spontaneous night stop in @enotecalamescita with @michele__rosess meeting @angeloconsorte & @long_john_trippa . . Having - '13 here was one of these moments I will never forget. It is probably the best and most expressive Pinot Noir I've ever had. Forward tones of: Fungi, wet forest ground after rain, moss, peat, gentle green herbs, light wood, some eucalyptus, balsamico and concentrated juicy berries. . Before we had another really good moment with Kai'13 that was aromatically flourishing amazingly when it opened up. It was really rewarding to have some patience with this wine. What a beauty. . When we went deeper into the night wine was flowing generously, so I thought let's kill a liter, interact, and share it with the staff and everybody around us at the bar, because this was the perfect thing to do in this warm social atmosphere of equality, that was so amicable and peaceful. After that others shared with us, then came and . . is a really nice bar in the area of Garbatella. It is a bit remote and you need to know about it to find it. It is local and traditional and I think I was the only foreigner. All around you there is a wide selection of very cool wines for very fair prices, with some really spectacular bottles, even from Georgia. . . Wish I could sell it to all the peoples but you’ll have to order it direct from @donkeyandgoat (if there is any left). . : Has a “Glow in the Dark” color with floaties (friendly sediment ). Lots of pomegranate flavors. There is a blue raspberry Richies Italian Ice thing going on here & tart black plums. Very soft tannins coat the palate and linger on the finish. Serve with a chill and feel very refreshed. Endless food pairings with this guy!
