I still remember our first run together when he was still a baby at 5 months old, Haydan just kept quiet and sleeping all the time but now it's no longer that way. At the age of 3, Haydan can chit chat with me, he kept telling me to run faster to chase people in front of us and sometime he ask me to stop at the water station just because he wanted to drink ‘Air Kosong’, Haydan loves 'Air Kosong' so much. These kind of behaviours that make the experience of running with Haydan are more challenging and entertaining even though Haydan often sleeps most the time when I was pushing him. . SCKLM 2018 was our 5th Half Marathon we ran together, and the second time we managed to Sub 2 again. It was the hardest half marathon I ran with a stroller too many flyover to pass over, too many long climb, thousands runners to zig zag but It was the most enjoyable run with him so far. 3 consecutive years joining one of the Malaysia’s Premier Event. The Malaysians Full Marathon Category is one of the highlights of this event as we witness the top runners in Malaysia competing with each other to be the best among the best! • 2016 - was my VFM hence nothing much to expect as I was only aiming to achieve a sub4 finishing. With HIS blessings, I nailed it to 3:15 timing. Extremely happy with the timing! • 2017 - was 4th FM just after my terrible struggle run at Perlis Marathon which was approximately 2-3 weeks before the race. Nothing much to expect. Aiming for better timing than the year before. However body have not recovered well from Perlis Marathon and neither DNS was an option. Glad that I finished wo any injuries • 2018 - Another miss from the initial target. Aiming for a sub3 timing however still not good enough for that. Just a PB by 2 mins is something to happy with it. One of my composed run. 2018.04.08 今年第一場 半馬完成! 雖然跑出的時間不理想，但還是完成了。 這一次的策略有點失算了，原本以為用平穩的輕鬆跑來慢慢完成。怎知計畫跟不上變化。 . . .以為已經提早出門，這次應該不會再遲到。5:30am開跑， 5.15am抵達時已經被"擋在"跑道外。一直到鳴槍起跑的十多分鐘後才踏上起跑線上。 首5公里還算是在預計時間中，到了8k就開始掉速了。那時候還沒察覺，一直到12k的補給站，和在那裡派香蕉的朋友哈啦時，才驚覺自己實在跑的太鬆散了。第一次用接近2小時只跑了12k，什麼閒話也沒多說。立即把香蕉塞進肚子，把速度提高。希望剩下的9k能用60分鐘追回來。 剩下的9k就開始加快速度。怎知好死不死，15k開始了好幾段又長又陡的上坡路。15k到18k這段路是跑地最沮喪的一段路。天亮了，太陽出來了，氣溫也開始熱了。 到了19k，又活回來了。因為還有2公里就完賽 終於有驚無險，用鳴槍時間3:17，起跑時間3:05順利完賽。 寫著這篇IG文時，心理的OS是.... 今天跑的這麼爛，下星期的那場半馬怎麼跑。跑步策略要怎麼調整。。。 . . . .#imrunner #scklm #scklm2018 #runner #hmfinisher #garmin235 #justdoitsunday #我是跑者 #跑就對了 #沒有奇蹟只有累積 #只為更讚 #我跑我盛開 #跟上好嗎 #變得更強 #러닝 #러닝하는여자 #운동 #하프마라톤 #마라톤
