What is your life worth to you I was always happy, living life, smiling, grabbing every opportunity that came my way and most of all I did it all with a smile ☺️ That all hasn’t changed! But was has is that I’m healthier! Much healthier and half the size! I made the conscious decision to change my life to live a better quality of life, longer and to be as best as I could! When we make the decision to better ourselves we can then do better for the others around us too! We truly can do anything when we put our minds to it! No matter if you want to lose weight, put on weight, grow muscle, run longer, be fitter or stronger you really can! ‍♀️ and the best bit about it is you don’t need anything to help you get there! All you need is YOU! Get your mind right on what matters to you and the long term benefits of your goal and you are well on your way! Trust me! I did my initial goal of losing 140lbs in 2 years with no fads, no diets or gimmicks, no trainer, no surgery, nothing! Just me working hard, exercising, eating well, using my will power to be consistent and persistent and the rest is history! Be who you want to be, do it well and be your best!! X

At first glance you notice my transformation for the weight loss & yes that's true... but losing weight has been about so much more! ❤️Its been about getting healthy and having an overall better wellbeing. This has given me control over my life and habits, better relationship with food, more energy, better mentality, more positive outlook, another passion, a career, and overall a better body internally, functioning at its best! ❤️When i post these pics, I’m not saying you all have to go and lose weight or that everyone should lose weight. That my loves is up to you! If you are overweight or suffering with long term obesity and want to loose weight then don't feel bad to do so - just make sure you're doing it for you and the right reason! ❤️I know we live in culture at the moment that we need to love our bodies more, and be confident - and yes I'm all for that 100%, and if someone wants to loose weight to be healthier then let them! You can love your body whilst getting healthier and fitter if that is what you want to do! Don’t be shamed for wanting to lose weight its a choice you want to do and you think it will help your health and quality of life ❤️ Obesity is a serious issue and i lived with it for 28years of my life, topping the scales at 280lbs, even though i was happy my body felt uncomfortable, tried, like i was aging faster than i should, ultimately i didn't feel healthy, & my body let me know that with increasing health risks. ❤️So I decided to loose weight at my own pace, doing it for me, & im bloody glad I did! Im not telling the world to be skinny & everyone start dropping pounds, but it you want to get fit, eat better, be healthy, build muscle, shape up for your own good & quality of life, then just know you can, & you do it for you! There is nothing wrong with that. ❤️I lost half my body weight in 2 years, working slowing with myself & my own goals, & there is not a day that goes by i regret it! I've always been happy and confident, now i'm just healthy, happy and confident! #Doyouboo ! ❤️

HELLO HAPPY MONDAY! Look at my baby abs you guys!!! I’ve never had baby abs... I’ve worked so hard the past 4 weeks of #pwr and I’ve even incorporated HIIT (I hate hiit) to try and shed off some of that lower tummy weight.
