In China, many people do not sterilize their dogs. Often during rescue missions, we find pregnant females. During our 6/19/18 rescue of dogs headed for the Yulin Dog Meat Festival, there were dogs literally giving birth as we rescued them. I just saw a petition to end the Yulin Dog Meat Festival signed by 3.5 million people. And that’s amazing. That festival should end. Killing dogs for food, for any reason is unnecessary and immoral. But what we do to chickens, cows, and pigs is the same here. And I’m confident that one day, this will be common sense. There were 130 of us from @269.liberation_animale chained together blocking the corridor leading to the kill floor. We used our bodies as weapons to prevent the pigs being murdered for as long as possible before the police physically dragged us out along the slaughterhouse floor.
