Everyone love a bargain (right?) and the @heimish_cosmetic All Clean Balm might just fall into that category Created by increasingly-popular South Korean brand Heimish, not only is this cleanser’s sale value reasonable for a fairly natural product, but it’s also a pretty generously-sized 120ml. Even better, the product's highly spreadable texture means I need very little to cover my face- so I suspect this will also last a fairly long time. And the cherry on top? Because this cleanser thoroughly removes makeup and doesn’t leave an oily residue like some balms, I also don’t need a second cleanser after this- cutting down on another expense. I have a lot of good things to say about this product- including the addition of a little spatula hidden within the packaging.  I use this to scoop product and place on back of hand before using fingers to apply to face. Not only is this more hygienic, it’s also frankly just plain fun. This is a fairly natural product (with a soothing aromatherapy scent of lavender, jasmine, grapefruit, eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils) so I try not to expose it to air and sunlight more than necessary in the hope of preserving it for longer. While I ordinarily find balm cleansers quite moisturising, the tea tree and eucalyptus in this seem to make this to quite a balancing formula for me- so I feel neither dry nor oily after use. Plus points: Smooth, easily-workable texture. Removes a full face makeup on first go. Non-greasy. Minuses: A lot of emollients and shea butter in this so possibly a little heavy for acne-prone skin. One of the many things I love about oils— when you’re body lets you know what it needs. It’s almost like my body is its own doctor in a way. I especially love when I crave oils for MY FACE because I’m always unsure when it comes to skincare. Like, is this a hormonal breakout? Does my face not like this new serum? Do I just need to continue with this serum and get over this detox phase? Anyways, I decided to go back to my regular jojoba oil + Frankincense and two days later my body was just wanting this beautiful deep blue glow serum again— 20 drops Blue Tansy + 15 drops Geranium + 15 drops Frankincense + 15 drops Copiaba + jojoba oil (you can also add 2 oz of jojoba + 2 oz of rose hip oil). This smells AMAZING and I love how there’s no synthetic substances in this serum like other high end serums you can get from department stores. Just plants that come from planet earth. _ Also, the mint satin facial scrub is another favorite of mine. My face NEEDS an exfoliator and a gentle exfoliator is what you should be using. I use it 2-3 times a week in the morning and the mint is awakening and feels so refreshing. I highly recommend adding this to your skincare routine.

I use fractionated coconut oil for my rollers as it doesn't smell and is super absorbent and only use doterra brand. I'm not just saying that because it's the right thing to say ha ha as you know I'm open about using other diffusers and things but I've tried buying fractionated coconut oil in bulk from other places and the quality is no where near as good! Other carrier oils like sweet almond oil, jojoba oil etc I just get from the local health food shop normally
