I had to cram all that info into these 60 second videos . *********************************** How To Increase Vascularity: 1. Genetics: plays a big role. HOWEVER, you can beat genetics with the right type of training 2. LOWER BODY FAT %: this is crucial & the 2nd most important factor for more vein growth. Most fat is subcutaneous fat (fat underneath the skin). It is literally the barrier that stops the veins from popping out & becoming more visible. For general male population, you need to be in the single-digit body fat % to really have the veins pop out. But 10-12% BF will get you started with more vascularity showing then you had before. For females, it’s roughly around the sub-20% BF 3. Bigger Muscles: the more muscles you have, the more the body demands blood flow to those muscles. Bigger muscles requires the body to adapt and expand its blood vessel network to those muscles. Understand that bigger muscles doesn’t mean you have to look like a body builder! 4. Chase the Pump: the Pump is a term which describes the cell swelling and metabolite accumulation (both produce muscular growth). Chase the Pump in your workouts. It’s the same concept as High Volume Training. You want to perform high volume strength training with MINIMAL BREAKS. This forces constant tension (TUT= time under tension) on the muscles! That forces the body to constantly pump blood throughout the body to those muscles. 5. Do Your CARDIO: many people just strength train but skip out on cardio. It is imperative that you do cardio! Aerobic exercise increases capillary density (# of tiny blood vessels that reach your muscles)

For some people, they like working out, and they don’t particularly care about any specific physical goals and that’s.... FINE ... YOU have to make your life live-able for YOU. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But, if you’re not like that and you want to change how you look and feel ‍♀️, then you have to stop and ask yourself, how FAST you want to get there and if you’re willing to do what it takes for that. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I made the progress that I made because I was willing to make the sacrifices I made . I show up to hang outs with my veggies packed I ate a TON of protein daily even though I hate meat plus, I really pushed to be in the gym 5-6 days a week and I made sure to be as knowledgeable as possible about my workouts ‍⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Self awareness and self knowledge is key in progress. KNOW how far you’ll go and KNOW what you’re eating AND drinking!! And continue to work hard ⁣ ⁣ PS: it’s also a good bit of posing but in the older pic, I didn’t even have the confidence to take pictures of myself, and I had NO muscle tone ☹️
