На тренировке по пилатесу, я попробовала применить на практике, на своей прекрасной модели @mariyamasha, знания по Анатомическим Поездам, а именно воздействие на грудную полосу Шульца! Это прекрасно сработало! Т к поменялась передача напряжения в верхней части тела, снизился тонус данной линии, что повлияло на более свободное движение грудной клетки при дыхании! Грудная полоса Шульца включает в себя: линию бюстгальтера сзади на спине, переднюю зубчатую мышцу грудинно-ключично-сосцевидную с одной стороны! С другой: срединная линия чуть выше мечевидного отростка спереди, по средней части передней зубчатой мышцы к середине ромбовидных мышц переходя в временную мышцу головы.
