Because eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to deprive yourself from anything because theres always a healthy version to it ! Like these chocolate coconut bars... I used individual doughnut molds but you can use any dish you have and simply cut them into squares ........... Ingredients for coconut cream base: - 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes - 1/3 cup coconut cream ( try to use only the part that’s concentrated on the top part of the can ) -2 tbsp coconut oil ( melted ) -3 tbsp tbsp honey ( optional ) ................... Ingredients For chocolate ganache: -420 mL coconut cream -225 gr dark chocolate chips ••To make coconut cream base: 1.Place the coconut flakes in the food processor and grind until very fine. 2.Add the coconut cream , coconut oil, and honey . Blend until everything is incorporated . 3.Line a sauté fish with parchment paper . Add the coconut mixture and spread out with a spatula ••To make ganache Ganache: 4.Bring the heavy cream to a boil in a saucepan . Place the chocolate in a stainless steel bowl and pour the heavy cream over. Allow the mixture to sit for a minute before stirring to let the cream melt the chocolate. 5.Stir the ganache until smooth. DO NOT over mix or it will become grainy. 6.Allow to cool at room temperature. Once it’s cool, pour on top of the coconut layer and place in the freezer. 7.Once it’s set, cut into individual pieces

A loss!⁣ ⁣ You make it a couple days without any bloat. Finally!⁣ ⁣ You’re SO happy. Your hard work is paying off! You step off the scale, walk into the kitchen, and think, “You know what I’m having that cookie. What I’m doing is working and I deserve this! I'll be ok!”⁣ ⁣ You wake up the next morning with regret. WHY did you do that?!⁣ ⁣ It’s called ⚡️MORAL LICENSING⚡️. When you do something “good”, you feel good about yourself, and this makes you more likely to trust your impulses. You feel good, which means you’re a good person, and good people do good things. So you give yourself permission to be “bad”. Because good people don’t do bad things!⁣ ⁣ You’re wearing a health halo . You feel so good about what you’ve done that your next choice doesn’t feel bad at all!⁣ ⁣ Progress becomes an excuse to take it easy. One study gathered two groups of successful dieters. One group was reminded of their progress, and one was not. Both groups were offered a thank you gift of chocolate or an apple. 85% of the congratulated dieters chose the chocolate, compared with only 58% of those who were not reminded of their progress. ⁣ ⁣ The only way to conquer this is to change your mindset:⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ Rather than focus on progress, focus on commitment. Think about a time you made a choice that aligned with your goals. Don’t think about the PROGRESS you made in that moment. Think about how COMMITTED you FELT.⁣ ⁣ CONTINUED IN COMMENTS
