This Sunday we are hosting a dinner as a part of our Sunday Supper Series in San Juan Capistrano with chef David Pratt of @brickrestaurant who will cook a meal inspired by Mexican and Spanish cuisine using produce sourced directly from the farm! This dinner series is an intimate evening around the table (capped at 50 people) to engage in meaningful conversation about our shared ecosystem. In coming together to break bread, we build a pathway into an ecological food future, one that values a shared ecosystem, celebrates food, farmers, and community. Today was the busiest harvesting day of our season so far... probably because there weren't only the usual veggies to pick, but also 4000 garlic to deal with! After 14 hours, I sort of still had enough energy to take this photo. Good times! :)
