The people who have a hard time to find motivation to exercise are those who don’t exercise on a regular basis. Duh! I know. What I’m trying to say is that if you do something on a regular basis you don’t need a motivation anymore. It’s just what you do. The easiest and fastest way to get to that point is to start with 5 minute daily workouts. Make it a challenge that every day for the next 30 days you’ll do 5 minute of exercise and won’t miss a day. You’ll eventually want to do longer workouts but your minimum is 5 minutes. I’m gonna help you with that. I will do daily live videos here on Instagram for the next 30 days and do the 5 minute beginner workouts with you. All you have to do is to show up. Do your best and of course, REST & MODIFY when needed! ☝Remember, doing one exercise is better than none. The more you practice the stronger you’ll become . Here’s the line up: 30 sec - BOAT POSE: Alignment is important here! Keep the back straight & engage your core. Bend/support the legs if needed to avoid dumping weight into your low back. . 30 sec - HIGH BOAT to LOW BOAT: Start in boat. Lower down where the feet & shoulders hover. Flow between poses and rest if you fall out of alignment! . 30 sec - LOW BOAT KICKS: Hate me now, but thank me later These are hard but so great for building strength. . 30 sec - LOW BOAT HOLD: Again !! Keep breathing and keep the low back pressed into the mat. . 1 min - DOWN DOG SQUARES (30 sec each side) Start in 3 Legged Dog. Bring knee as high as you can on the arm, lower down to wrist, cross over to opposite wrist, lift up as high as you can on that arm. Cross over to where you started. You’ve made a square!! Now keep going! I usually do 2-3 on each side and am spent . 1 min - SIDE PLANK (30 sec each side): Come into the version of this that feels like a good challenge to you! Keep hips lifted. . 1 min - SCISSOR KICKS: Hug one leg in towards the body. Lift shoulders off the mat. Switch legs! . YAYAYA! YOU DID IT . BOOTY BURN This quick home workout doesn’t require any equipment & can be done in 5-10 minutes YAY!! . ‍♀️Tag a friend who would like this workout!!‍♀️ . Do each move for 30-60 seconds on each side! This routine includes: . RAINBOW LEG LIFT: Stretch leg straight behind you and tap your toe out to the side. Lift it high, like a rainbow and bring it down on the other side. Repeat. . ⭐️SIDE LEG LIFT: Start in table pose. Lift the leg out to the side & lower down. . BIRDDOG BOOTY CRUNCH: Start in Balancing Table, one arm straight out and opposite leg straight back.
