BODYWEIGHT STRONGER AND LEANER LEGS WORKOUT YOU CAN DO ANYWHERE!! This circuit will consist of the below 10 lower body leg moves: . 1⃣ Jumping Jacks 2⃣ Jump Split Lunges 3⃣ Jump Squats 4⃣ Butt Kickers 5⃣ Jump Rope 6⃣ Sumo Squat with Side Leg Raise 7⃣ Sumo Squat with Heel Raises 8⃣ Straight Leg Lifts 9⃣ Donkey Lifts Single Leg Glute Bridge Lifts Watch the video to see each exercise broken down. All you need is your bodyweight so you can do this workout absolutely anywhere! ————————————————————————— DO IT: Complete each exercise for 1 minute; moving directly from the one exercise to the next. After you complete one round (10 minutes total) you will take a 2 minute rest before starting the circuit again.
